Flat Packs
What does a flat pack include?
- Ready cut components/stiles with pre-punched rail connection holes and end caps already attached, cut-to-size and assembled within gearing system with spring loaded bosses
- Cut-to-size blades
- Rails included with frame-joining corner stakes (if required)
- Fixing screws and all components to build frame
- Cover caps, blade profile end caps and screw cover caps
- Optional hardware/accessories if ordered (EEG: Key Locks, Magnet Catches, etc)
All individual material is protectively plastic skin wrapped and packed in cupboard foamed shipping boxes with assembly instructions and optional hardware if ordered.

How long would it take to assemble the shutters myself?
1sqm takes approximately 20 minutes to assemble by a competent assembler at our factories so allow about 30 minutes for a handy person on site or at the back of the shop.
